Physician says Lattice Biologics breached contract

Law money 02

PITTSBURGH — A physician is suing Lattice Biologics, an Arizona corporation, citing alleged breach of contract.

Dinakar Golla, M.D., filed a complaint on Dec. 13 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County against Lattice Biologics, alleging that the Arizona corporation failed to pay the plaintiff for consulting services provided.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he sustained monetary damages from not being paid for his services. The plaintiff holds Lattice Biologics responsible because the defendant allegedly received the full benefit of the plaintiff's services but failed to pay the invoices.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant, interest, court costs and any further relief this court grants. He is represented by Craig S. O'Connor of Ciao, Torisky & O'Connor, LLC in Pittsburgh.
