PITTSBURGH — A patient is suing Yael Raz M.D./ D.O., a physician, alleging negligence in medical care.
Kimberly Guenther filed a complaint on Feb. 8 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania against Raz, alleging that the physician failed to properly diagnose her condition.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that she suffered damages from a late diagnosis of an ear tumor. The plaintiff holds Raz responsible because the defendant allegedly misdiagnosed the plaintiff's condition as an ear infection several times when in fact it was a tumor in her ear.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant, all damages, and any further relief this court grants. She is represented by Noah Geary of Noah Geary, Esquire in Washington.
