PITTSBURGH — A Pennsylvania corporation is suing Tennessee-based Sharon Pennsylvania Hospital Company LLC, d/b/a Sharon Regional Health System, citing alleged breach of contract.
Allegheny Radiology Associates Ltd. filed a complaint on Feb. 9 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania against the defendant, alleging that the company failed to pay the plaintiff for its services.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it sustained damages from not being paid for the radiology services it provided. The plaintiff holds Sharon Pennsylvania Hospital Company responsible because the defendant allegedly breached its contractual agreement with the plaintiff by failing to make the required payment.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant for damages that exceed $75,000 plus court costs and interest. The plaintiff is represented by William L. Stang and Joshua S. Snyder of Fox Rothschild LLP in Pittsburgh.
