Pennsylvania lumber company files against Energy Tech Inc. for failure to pay

PITTSBURGH — A Pennsylvania lumber company is suing Energy Tech Inc. and Richard Ledford of North Carolina, citing alleged breach of contract.

84 Lumber Company L.P. filed a complaint on Dec. 14 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, alleging the defendants failed to settle their debt with the plaintiff.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that 84 Lumber Company, L.P. sustained financial damages. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to pay the plaintiff for goods and supplies it has provided.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in the amount of $77,908.82, which is the initial agreed-upon fee plus interest, and any further relief the court grants. The plaintiff is represented by S. Manoj Jegasothy and William E. Blick of Gordon & Rees LLP in Pittsburgh.
