Philadelphia office complex seeks unpaid rent from Ulysses Capital

Contract 09

PHILADELPHIA — A Philadelphia property is suing Ulysses Capital Partners LLP, citing alleged breach of contract for unpaid rent.

Commerce Way Office Complex LP filed a complaint on Feb. 23 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania alleging that the defendant failed to honor its lease contract, spanning from July 2019 until March 2019, with the landlord.

The office complex alleges that it sustained financial damages to its business. Commerce Way holds Ulysses Capital responsible because it allegedly failed to pay the principal amount on the lease.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in the amount of $207,900 plus interest of 8 percent per year. The plaintiff is represented by Arkadiy Grinshpun of Freedman & Grinshpun PC in Philadelphia.
