SCRANTON — A Utah company is suing Dobrinski Brothers Inc., a construction firm specializing in civil projects, citing alleged breach of contract for failing to pay for services rendered.

Sapp Drilling & Blasting Inc. filed a complaint on March 16 in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania alleging that the defendant failed to pay the plaintiff for its services, fuel and the transport of materials to a job site in Athens.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it sustained monetary damages to its company due to unpaid invoices. The plaintiff holds Dobrinski Brothers responsible because it allegedly breached its contractual agreement with the plaintiff by failing to pay the invoices sent.
