Univest Capital alleges Seattle corporation and its owner defaulted on loans

Late 05

PHILADELPHIA - A Bensalem financial company is suing Frankenfeld Home Visits MHT LLC, Eric Frankenfeld and Ascentium Capital LLC, citing alleged breach of contract for failing to repay loans.

Univest Capital Inc. filed a complaint March 24 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against the defendants, based in Seattle, alleging they failed to pay the plaintiff.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges Univest sustained financial damages to its company. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible because they allegedly failed and refused to pay the plaintiff despite receiving several demands from the plaintiff. The defendants allegedly did not respond to the notice of default sent out in February.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount of $75,000 plus interest, court costs and any further relief this court grants. They are represented by William R. Hinchman and William J. Clements of Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg LLP in Philadelphia.
