PITTSBURGH — A bank based in Buffalo, New York, is suing Source Consulting Services LLC and owner Thomas K. Sorce, citing alleged breach of contract for an outstanding balance on a loan.

Keybank National Association, successor by merger to First Niagara Bank N.A., filed a complaint on Dec. 19 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County against the defendants alleging that they failed to settle their debt with the plaintiff.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it sustained financial damages as the result of an unpaid loan. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible because they allegedly failed to make payments on their loan, causing it to default.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in the amount of $36,483.54 plus court costs. It is represented by Raymond P. Wendolowski Jr. of Bernstein-Burkley P.C. in Pittsburgh.
