PITTSBURGH — A California company is suing Wendy Strouse Watt O.D. and her company Blanda Enterprises Inc., citing alleged breach of contract.

Nova Oculus Partners LLC filed a complaint on April 29 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania against the defendants alleging that they failed to research and develop techniques regarding the treatment of macular degeneration, which was part of their agreement with the plaintiff.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it sustained damages to its business as the result of its agreement being breached. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible because they allegedly failed to provide work for the plaintiff based on their contractual agreement.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant and any further relief this court grants. They are represented by Joshua S. Snyder of Fox Rothschild LLP in Pittsburgh.
