Former home care worker says PCG Public Partnerships failed to pay overtime

PHILADELPHIA — An employee has filed a class-action lawsuit against Public Partnerships LLC d/b/a PCG Public Partnerships, a home care provider, citing alleged unpaid wages, violation of state law and violation of Workers' Compensation acts.

Ralph Talarico filed a complaint on behalf of all others similarly situated on May 11 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against PCG Public Partnerships alleging that the employer failed to pay proper compensation to the plaintiff.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he was damaged from not being paid for all hours he worked. The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible because it allegedly failed to pay overtime wages to the plaintiff at the legal rate.

The plaintiff seeks actual damages for unpaid wages, liquidated damages, interest, court costs and any further relief this court grants. He is represented by Richard Katz of Arnold, Beyer & Katz in Lancaster.
