FocusMX says Punch Innovations failed to pay nearly $90,000 for technical services

PHILADELPHIA — A Delaware corporation is suing Punch Innovations LLC, based in Chester, and Thomas Conti, citing alleged breach of contract for failure to pay for technology services.

Apex Impact Marketing Inc. d/b/a FocusMX filed a complaint on May 16 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against the defendants alleging that they failed to pay the plaintiff for services rendered.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it was damaged due to not being paid for its services providing technology infrastructure and technical support for one of the defendants' clients. The plaintiff holds Punch Innovations and Conti responsible because they allegedly failed to pay the plaintiff despite its demands for payment.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in the amount of $89,753 plus interest, court costs and any further relief this court grants. They are represented by Harry J. Giacometti of Flaster/Greenberg P.C. in Philadelphia.
