PHILADELPHIA — A New York woman is suing Rebecca Rescate, Christopher Hindley, Hindley Investments LLC and Blankie Tails Inc., alleging breach of contract and breach of duty.

Hadley Grace Elliot Peze, a minority shareholder of Blankie Tails, filed a complaint on May 26 in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against the defendants alleging that they refused to provide corporate documents, correspondence and other information as requested by the plaintiff.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that she was damaged as the result of being denied the documents she requested. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible because they allegedly continued to refuse responding to the plaintiff's request to see the documents.

The plaintiff seeks to be allowed to inspect, examine and make copies of the requested documents, as well as court costs and any further relief this court grants. She is represented by Alan C. Promer and Jason A. Levine of Hangley Aronchick Segal Pudlin & Schiller in Philadelphia.
