Wells Fargo says multiple partnerships owe seven figures from loan

PITTSBURGH — A bank is suing AM Beaver Falls Hotel L.P., AM Clarion Hotel L.P., AM Indiana Hotel L.P., AM Uniontown Hotel L.P., Greatstay Hospitality Partners LLC, Westpenn Hotels LLC, and Alfons Melohn, alleging breach of contract.

Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as trustee for the Benefit of the Holders of Comm 2014-CCRE18 Mortgage Trust Commercial Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, filed a complaint on May 30 in U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania against the defendants alleging that they failed to repay their loan to the plaintiff.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it sustained financial damages due to the unpaid loan. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible because they allegedly failed to pay the principal amount on their loan.

The plaintiff seeks a judgment of no less than $13,890,992.96 plus interest at the rate of $3,466.15, court costs, unpaid debt service of $469,948.94 and any further relief this court grants. It is represented by Beverly Weiss Manne, Judith K. Fitzgerald, Jillian Nolan Snider and Michael C. Mazack of Tucker Arensberg P.C. in Pittsburgh.
