Fenner Dunlop says International Conveyor & Rubber, five individuals took trade info

ERIE — A Pennsylvania company is suing International Conveyor & Rubber LLC and Ryan J. Caringola, Michael J. Coleman, Jordan L. Hall, Richard A. King Jr. and Jeffrey A. Zebley, alleging that they used proprietary information to solicit customers.

Fenner Dunlop Americas LLC filed a complaint on March 8 in U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania against the defendants alleging that they misappropriated plaintiff's trade secrets.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it sustained damages to its business from having trade secrets stolen. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible because they allegedly stole the plaintiff's trade secrets and used them to solicit customers.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks compensatory damages, consequential damages, exemplary and punitive damages, court costs, the return of all trade secrets misappropriated from the plaintiff and any further relief this court grants. They are represented by Gregory H. Wagoner and Katherine S. Decker of Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick LLP in Toledo, Ohio, and Donald M. Lund and Michael A. Metcalfe of Lund Metcalfe LLC in Canonsburg.
