Ukraine man sues Richboro resident for amount awarded by court

PHILADELPHIA — An individual is suing Leon Primak, a Pennsylvania resident, citing alleged breach of contract.

Klianchyn Sergii Ivanovich, a Ukraine national, filed a complaint on June 21 in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against Primak, of Richboro, alleging that he failed to pay the plaintiff for a court-ordered judgment stemming from a loan.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he was damaged financially from not being paid. The plaintiff holds Primak responsible because the defendant allegedly failed and refused to pay the plaintiff the amount awarded by a Ukrainian court.

The plaintiff seeks to have the judgment against the defendant enforced in the sum of $3,538,179.97 plus interest and any further relief this court grants. He is represented by Drew Salaman of Salaman/Henry in Philadelphia.
