PHILADELPHIA — Several labor groups are suing Patriot Elevator LLC and Michael Bruce, citing alleged breach of contract.
Trustees of the National Elevator Industry Pension, Health Benefit, Educational, Elevator Industry Work Preservation Funds, Elevator Construstors Annuity and 401(K) Retirement Plan filed a complaint on June 21 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, alleging that the defendants failed to pay their monthly contribution.
According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege suffered damages due to an unpaid contribution. The plaintiffs holds the defendants responsible for allegedly breaching their contractual agreement by failing to pay their contribution.
The plaintiffs seek enjoin the defendant and any further relief this court grants. They are represented by Robert P. Curley and David D. Capuano of O'Donogue & O'Donoghue LLP in Philadelphia.
