Advanced Oilfield Services LLC accused of violating workers' compensation acts

PITTSBURGH — An employee has filed a class action lawsuit against Advanced Oilfield Services LLC, citing alleged unpaid wages and violation of Workers' Compensation acts.

Joe Brotherton filed the complaint on June 21 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, Pittsburgh Division, alleging that the defendant failed to pay him fair wages.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he worked for more than 40 hours without being paid overtime. The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly failing to pay him overtime compensation.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks back wages, unpaid overtime wages, court costs, interest and any further relief this court grants. He is represented by Robert E. DeRose of Barkan Meizlish Handelman Goodin DeRose Wentz LLP in Columbus, Ohio.
