SCRANTON – A Camp Hill corporation has filed suit against a Texas man over allegations he unlawfully used confidential information.

Harsco Corp. filed a complaint on July 6 in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania against Eugene J. Zenner alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the defendant was a former employee of the plaintiff and had signed an agreement stating he would not disclose confidential information for work for a competitive business for one year. It alleges the defendant is now working for competitor Sisk Gratings and is marketing, selling and soliciting the plaintiff's clients.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks injunctive relief, enjoin the defendant, actual and compensatory damages in an amount that exceeds $75,000, disgorgement of all profits and compensation, return all confidential information to the plaintiff, interest, court costs and any further relief the court grants.
