PHILADELPHIA – A Telford corporation alleges that it was not paid for work on a state project.

Myco Mechanical Inc. filed a complaint on July 6 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against Wiegmann & Associates Inc., International Fidelity Insurance Co. and Liberty Mutual Insurance Co. alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff performed work on the State Correctional Facility Phoenix in Montgomery County as subcontracted by Wiegmann. The plaintiff alleges it completed all of its work in April 2016 but has yet to be paid.

The plaintiff holds Wiegmann & Associates Inc., International Fidelity Insurance Co. and Liberty Mutual Insurance Co. responsible because the defendants allegedly breached their contractual agreement with the plaintiff by failing to pay them for completed work.
