Dbuyer Inc. alleges Hawk Eye Presents failed to pay $75,000 settlement agreement

PHILADELPHIA – A Havertown corporation alleges it has not received payment from a California company for a settlement agreement.

Dbuyer Inc. filed a complaint on July 12 in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania against Hawk Eye Presents LLC alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that the parties entered into agreements in March and April relating to the Karondinha Music and Arts Festival, which was later terminated and the parties entered into a settlement agreement. The suit states the defendant agreed to pay $75,000 for a settlement but has not paid it yet.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks damages, consequential, court costs and any further relief the court grants. It is represented by Arnold Machles of Arnold Machles in Bala Cynwyd.
