Former Accolade Inc. employee seeks allegedly unpaid overtime wages

PHILADELPHIA – A Norristown resident alleges that her former Plymouth Meeting employer failed to pay overtime wages.

Gwendolyn Hall filed a complaint on behalf of others similarly situated on Aug. 1 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against Accolade Inc. alleging violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act and the Pennsylvania Minimum Wage Act.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff was employed by the defendant from April 2012 to February 2017 as a health assistant. She alleges she was not compensated for all of her overtime work.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks unpaid wages, interest, liquidated damages, court costs and any further relief the court grants. She is represented by Peter Winebrake, R. Andrew Santillo and Mark J. Gottesfeld of Winebrake & Santillo LLC in Dresher.
