PHILADELPHIA – A King of Prussia addiction recovery center alleges a Massachusetts individual unlawfully disclosed confidential information in a lawsuit.

Recovery Centers of America Holdings LLC filed a complaint on Aug. 4 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against Nabil N. Georges seeking preliminary injunction and an order compelling arbitration.

According to the complaint, Georges was hired at the plaintiff's Westminster, Massachusetts, location in August 2016 and signed an agreement not to publish, disclose or divulge any of the plaintiff's confidential information. The suit states the defendant filed a suit in June in Massachusetts Superior Court against the plaintiff over wrongful termination allegations, and the plaintiff claims this complaint makes specific allegations to its treatment procedures and other confidential information.

The plaintiff seeks to enjoin the defendant, order the defendant to disclose all persons who received the information, court costs and any further relief the court grants. It is represented by Joseph E. Vaughan and Tamara S. Grimm of Ohagan Meyer PLLC in Philadelphia.
