PHILADELPHIA – A Philadelphia consulting firm alleges it is owed fees for its services.
Rose Gold LLC filed a complaint on Aug. 14 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against Payactiv Inc. alleging breach of contract.
According to the complaint, the parties entered an agreement in 2016 for the plaintiff to provide services to the defendant. The plaintiff holds Payactiv Inc. responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to make a full payment of consulting fees for March and April and failed to may any payments for May, June and July.
The plaintiff seeks award the full balance of consulting fees, reimbursement, interest, court costs and any further relief the court grants. It is represented by Joshua Upin of Spector Gadon & Rosen PC in Philadelphia.
