PITTSBURGH – A former employee of a supplier and provider of workforce solutions in the oil and gas industry alleges that he was not paid overtime during his employment.

Charles Doiron filed a complaint on behalf of himself and all others similarly situated on Sept. 14 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania against Cenergy International Services LLC alleging violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act and the Pennsylvania Minimum Wage Act.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff was employed as an HSE adviser from January 2012 to February 2016 for the defendant. The plaintiff holds Cenergy International Services LLC responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to pay overtime premiums to the plaintiff for hours worked that exceeded 40 per week.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks unpaid back wages, liquidated damages, interest, court costs and any further relief the court grants. He is represented by Joshua P. Geist of Goodrich & Geist P.C. in Pittsburgh.
