WILLIAMSPORT – A New York company alleges it was not paid for services provided at festival held in Centre Hall in July.
NY Tent LLC filed a complaint on Sept. 18 in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania against Hawk Eye Presents LLC alleging breach of contract.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it provided services at the Karoondinha Music & Arts festival but was not paid. The plaintiff holds Hawk Eye Presents LLC responsible because the defendant allegedly breached their contractual agreement with the plaintiff by failing to pay the plaintiff for the services and equipment it provided for the festival, which amounted to more than $170,000.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant, monetary and consequential damages, court costs and any further relief the court grants. It is represented by Harlan W. Glasser and Ronald H. Pollock of Saxton & Stump LLC in Lancaster.
