PHILADELPHIA — An architectural firm is suing a developer, citing alleged breach of contract.
Spiezle Architectural Group Inc. filed a complaint Oct. 11 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against Myles Land and Improvement Co. LLC, and Myles Development Co. LLC, alleging that they failed to pay invoices sent by the plaintiff.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it sustained financial losses as the result of unpaid invoices for its services. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible because they allegedly failed to pay invoices sent by the plaintiff.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks compensatory damages in the amount of $176,252 plus interest, consequential damages, court costs and any further relief this court grants. They are represented by Louis R. Moffa Jr. of Walker & Rhoads LLP in Philadelphia.
