Sefac USA's SW2 lifts allegedly infringe on Missouri company's patents

READING – A Warminster corporation is accused of infringing on a Missouri company's patented design for a vehicle lift system.

Gray Manufacturing Co. Inc. filed a complaint on Oct. 17 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against Sefac USA Inc. alleging patent infringement.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it was damaged as the result of having its wireless vehicle lift system's patents infringed. The plaintiff holds Sefac USA Inc. responsible because the defendant allegedly sells SW2 lifts, a product that infringes on plaintiff's patented lifts.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks enjoin the defendant from further infringing on plaintiff's patents; compensatory damages; treble damages; an order that the defendant account for all sales, revenues and profits; disgorgement of profits; court costs; interest; and any further relief the court grants.
