PHILADELPHIA – A Paoli integrated security systems business alleges that it has been unable to provide certain services to certain customers because of unstable platform provided by the defendant.

Universal Atlantic Systems Inc. filed a complaint on Oct. 18 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against Honeywell International Inc. alleging breach of contract and other counts.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it has sustained financial damages to its company as the result of the defendant being unable to supply a stable platform for the RAVEN analog system and RER products.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant for damages in the amount of at least $21,750 plus punitive damages, interest, court costs and any further relief the court grants. It is represented by Neill W. Clark of Faruqi & Faruqi LLP in Jenkintown.
