PHILADELPHIA – A Red Hill company alleges that it suffered more than $150,000 in damages because an adhesive it purchased for cabinetry use failed.
Artisan Display Inc. filed a complaint on Nov. 21 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against Wilsonart LLC alleging breach of contract.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff manufactures laminate cabinetry and purchased two of the defendant's adhesive products through the defendant's agent. The plaintiff alleges that the adhesives failed and it sustained damages to repair the deliminated cabinetry.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant plus court costs, and any further relief this court grants. It is represented by Walter H. Flamm Jr. and Matthew A. Foley of Flamm Walton Heimbach in Blue Bell.
