Late 07

SCRANTON – A Dalton man is alleged to have defaulted on a multi-million dollar agreement.

Mukeshkumar B. Patel filed a complaint on Dec. 6 in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania against Vithalbhai D. Dhaduk, also known as Vithal D. Dhaduk, alleging breach of contract, fraud and unjust enrichment.

According to the complaint, the parties entered into an agreement in July 2015 to settle joint business between them, including their joint ownership interest in companies known as Somahlution and Global Pharma Analytics LLC. The agreement stated that Dhaduk would pay Patel $9.45 million to exit the companies, but has not paid the amount.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount that exceeds $9.45 million plus interest, court costs, punitive damages, and any further relief the court grants. He is represented by Casey Green of Sidkoff, Pincus & Green PC in Philadelphia.
