PHILADELPHIA – A Kingston physician alleges a Yardley business sent him an unwanted fax advertisement.
Dr. Richard E. Fischbein filed a complaint on behalf of himself and a class of similarly situated persons on Dec. 14 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against The Olson Research Group Inc. and John Does 1-12 citing the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that in May 2017, he received an unsolicited fax advertisement from the defendants. The plaintiff holds The Olson Research Group Inc. and John Does 1-12 responsible because the defendants allegedly sent a facsimile advertisement to the plaintiff despite not having any business relationship with him.
