North American Communications Inc. alleges it was not paid in full for services

JOHNSTOWN – A Duncansville direct mail and fulfillment company alleges a New Jersey corporation failed it pay it for services it provided.

North American Communications Inc. filed a complaint on Dec. 12 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania against DAMKTG Inc. alleging breach of contract

According to the complaint, the plaintiff provided direct mail services to the defendant related to an order made by Verizon Corporate Services Group Inc. in 2016.

The plaintiff holds DAMKTG Inc. responsible because the defendant allegedly breached their contractual agreement with the plaintiff by failing to pay it for providing direct mail services.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks consequential, compensatory, incidental and special damages; interest; court costs; and any further relief this court grants. It is represented by Robert J. Tribeck of Rhoads & Sinon LLP in Harrisburg.
