Individual seeks more than $75,000 from GoNow Technologies over breach of contract allegations

Contract 09

PHILADELPHIA – A Bala Cynwyd man alleges he is still owed money for severance and attorney's fees pursuant to an agreement.

Doug Spodak filed a complaint on Dec. 18 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against GoNow Technologies LLC, Niles Noblitt, Steve Lerner and Phil Cooper alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the parties entered into a separation of employment and general release agreement in October 2013 and the defendants were to pay plaintiff certain sums of money.

The plaintiff holds Gonow Technologies LLC, Noblitt, Lerner and Cooper responsible because the defendants allegedly failed and refused to make all payments to the plaintiff despite receiving written demands from the plaintiff.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount of more than $75,000 and not less than $150,000, court costs and any further relief this court grants. He is represented by John A. Gallagher of Gallagher Law Group PC in Malvern.
