HARRISBURG – A New Jersey manufacturer and distributor of electronic home-oriented products alleges that a Harrisburg company failed to pay for products it ordered.

Jem Accessories Inc. filed a complaint on Dec. 28, 2017, in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania against D & H Distributing Co. alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff sells speakers, headphones and other accessories under the xtreme name. The suit states the defendant and plaintiff entered into a supplemental vendor purchase agreement in November 2015 for the defendant to purchase products.

The plaintiff holds D & H Distributing Co. responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to pay the plaintiff in breach of their contractual agreement. The plaintiff alleges the defendant owes more than $700,000.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant for damages, court costs, interest, and any further relief the court grants. It is represented by Jeffrey P. Resnick of Sherman, Silverstein, Kohl, Rose & Podolsky PA in Moorestown, New Jersey.
