PITTSBURGH – A McKeesport woman alleges a White Oak physician caused her injuries.
Kay Stinson filed a complaint on Feb. 20 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County against Dr. Benjamin Chun alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on April 20, 2016, she sustained physical injuries as the result of a surgical procedure performed by Chun.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant for actual damages, interest and court costs. She is representing herself.
