PITTSBURGH – A Wexford man is alleged to have failed to repay a loan.

David Allfrey and Patt Allfrey filed a complaint on Feb. 21 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County against Brian G. Allfrey alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs and defendant entered into an agreement in May 2017 for the defendant to borrow $25,000 from the plaintiffs plus $25,000 in interest. The suit states the repayment would be effectuated by the end of June 2017.

The plaintiffs hold Brian G. Allfrey responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to repay the plaintiffs based on their agreement.

The plaintiffs seek judgment against the defendant in an amount of more than $50,000 plus interest and court costs. They are represented by Frederick N. Frank and Christopher Parker Jr. of Frank, Gale, Bails, Murcko and Pocrass PC in Pittsburgh.
