PITTSBURGH – An Export woman alleges a McKees Rocks individual defaulted on a loan.
Lisa Balenciaga filed a complaint on Feb. 27 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County against Dimitrios J. Pantzoulas alleging failure to pay.
According to the complaint, the parties entered into a promissory note in 2006 and the plaintiff loaned $60,000 to the defendant.
The plaintiff holds Pantzoulas responsible because the defendant allegedly defaulted on the note.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount of more than $35,000 plus interest and court costs. She is represented by Daniel P. Beisler in North Huntingdon.
