Wesbanco Bank Inc. alleges Morgantown corporation owes for loans

PITTSBURGH – A Morgantown corporation is alleged to have defaulted on two loans.

Wesbanco Bank Inc. filed a complaint on Feb. 28 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County against Menakshy Koul, DDS PLLC and Menakshy Koul alleging failure to pay.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff provided two loans to the defendants and both of the loans are in default.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in the amounts of $130,126.32 and $276,036.78, plus interest and court costs. It is represented by Jeffrey R. Lalama of Feldstein Drinberg Lang & McKee in Pittsburgh.
