Action Car Rental allegedly failed to pay for leased vehicles

PHILADELPHIA — Two companies are suing Broad Hill Management Inc. d/b/a Action Car Rental and Zvi Hollander for alleged breach of contract.

Fleetway Leasing Company and FMC2 Inc. filed a complaint on March 13 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, alleging that the defendants failed to pay their debt to the plaintiffs on time.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that they suffered financial damages due to allegedly not being paid for the vehicles they leased. The plaintiffs hold the defendants responsible for allegedly breaching their contractual agreement with the plaintiff by failing to make monthly payments on the leased vehicles.

The plaintiffs seek judgment against the defendants for damages that exceed $123,569.67 plus additional damages, court costs, interest and any further relief this court grants. They are represented by Evan L. Frank of Alan L. Frank Law Associates P.C. in Jenkintown, Pa.
