Generations Salon Services allegedly failed to pay overtime wages

PHILADELPHIA — Two individuals have filed a class-action lawsuit against Osborne Associates Inc. d/b/a Generations Salon Services and Marvin Weinstein d/b/a Generations Salon Services for allegedly failing to pay overtime wages.

Paris D'Emilio and Sandra Ronaldo filed a complaint on March 12 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, alleging that the defendants failed to pay them fair wages for their work.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that they worked more than 40 hours per week, but they allegedly were not paid any overtime wages. The plaintiffs hold the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to pay them overtime for working more than 40 hours per week.

The plaintiffs request a trial by jury and want the defendants to compensate and reimburse them. They are also seeking liquidated damages, actual damages, court costs and any further relief this court grants. They are represented by Richard S. Swartz, Justin L. Swidler and Matthew D. Miller of Swartz Swidler LLC in Cherry Hill, N.J.
