PITTSBURGH — An individual is suing Jacob Boneysteele for alleged breach of contract.
John Jobkar filed a complaint on March 12 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, alleging that the defendant failed to pay him based on their alleged agreement.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he lost income and profits as a result of allegedly not being given six months of gross receipts. The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly refusing to honor their agreement in which the plaintiff allegedly was entitled to six months of gross receipts.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount that exceeds arbitration limits, plus court costs. He is represented by Steven B. Larchuk of Larchuk Law Offices in Sewickley, Pa.
