One Three Five Inc. allegedly failed to prevent woman from being physically assaulted

PITTSBURGH — An individual is suing Barbara Stanzione, One Three Five Inc. and John Doe for alleged assault, battery and negligence.

Sarah Flaviano filed a complaint on March 29 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, alleging that One Three Five Inc. and John Doe allowed Stanzione to verbally harass and physically assault her.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that she was physically assaulted on April 29, 2016. The plaintiff holds One Three Five Inc. and John Doe responsible for allegedly refusing to take adequate action against Stanzione and allowing her to be physically assaulted.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount that exceeds the jurisdictional limits of this court. She is represented by David C. Brumfield of AlpernSchubert PC in Pittsburgh.
