PITTSBURGH — An estate representative is suing Comfort Keepers Home Care LLC and Corporate Creations Network Inc. for allegedly taking insufficient measures to prevent injuries.
Anita L. Ostrowski, executrix of the estate of Mary Louise Vybiral, filed a complaint on April 4 in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, alleging that the defendants failed to provide Vybiral with proper care.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that Vybiral experienced pain due to suffering a fall that allegedly resulted in a broken rib and other physical injuries. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to adequately supervise Vybiral in order to prevent her from falling.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendants for compensatory damages, interest, court costs and any further relief this court grants. She is represented by Richard G. Talarico of Woomer & Talarico LLC in Pittsburgh.
