HARRISBURG — An individual is suing a company for alleged breach of contract and unpaid wages.

Laura Schaech filed a complaint on April 3 in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania against IAAS Worldwide LLC and Alan David Loeser Sr. for allegedly violating the Fair Labor Standards Act and the Pennsylvania Minimum Wage Act.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that she was informed by Loeser's wife that the company still owes her $30,508 in unpaid wages. The plaintiff claims that she was being paid $5.625 per hour, which is below the federal minimum wage of $7.25 per hour.

The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to properly compensate her.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment in the form of compensatory damages, liquidated damages, equitable relief, costs of litigation, attorney’s fees and any further relief the court deems equitable and just. She is represented by Anthony Giletto of Kraemer, Manes & Associates LLC in Philadelphia.
