HARRISBURG — An Ethiopian man is suing his former employers, Highmark Health Solutions Inc. and Highmark Health, for alleged racial discrimination, retaliation and wrongful termination.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks compensatory and punitive damages, pre-judgment interest, attorney's fees, costs, expenses and any other legal and equitable relief. He is represented by Andrea C. Farney of Triquetra Law in Lancaster.
