PHILADELPHIA — An individual has filed a class action lawsuit against Allpoints Courier Service Inc. for allegedly failing to properly compensate her for her work.

Deanna Jones filed a complaint on April 25 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, alleging that the defendant violated the Fair Labor Standards Act and the Pennsylvania Wage Payment and Collection Act.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that she suffered financial damages due to allegedly not receiving proper compensation for all the hours she worked. The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly failing to include all of her hours on her time card.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks an order permitting this action to proceed as a class action, plus unpaid wages, pre-judgment interest, attorney's fees, costs, expenses and any other just and proper relief. She is represented by David M. Koller of Koller Law LLC in Philadelphia.
