Isolator Fitness accused of violating telephone harassment statutes

PHILADELPHIA — An individual has filed a class action lawsuit against Isolator Fitness Inc. for allegedly violating telephone harassment statutes.

Emma Halling filed a complaint on May 18 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, alleging that the defendant violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that she has suffered damages due to allegedly receiving unsolicited promotional text messages from the defendant.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks an order certifying this matter as a class action, plus actual and statutory damages and pre- and post-judgment interest. She is represented by Shannon J. Carson, Arthur Stock and Lane L. Vines of Berger & Montague PC in Philadelphia.
