Man claims Arctic Glacier employee hit his trailer and beat him

MEDIA — A Philadelphia resident is suing Arctic Glacier USA Inc. and employee Samuel Boone, citing alleged assault, battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

Tadeusz Wisniewski filed a complaint May 21 in the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas, claiming the defendants maliciously restrained him without probable cause.

According to the complaint, Wisniewski was allegedly beaten and attacked and his trailer intentionally hit by Boone on July 21, 2017 when the plaintiff was on the property of Wellington Fine Foods.

Wisniewski claims he sustained severe injuries to his face, spine, right elbow and right knee, lost his ability to do his normal activities and was humiliated and embarrassed.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks a judgment in an amount in excess of $50,000. He is represented by Richard Gutman of Richard A. Gutman, Attorney at Law, in Philadelphia.
