PHILADELPHIA — Dental Wizard is suing Diamante  Dental Inc., Paradise Dental Inc. and Dental Empire Inc. and their shareholders, directors and officers, citing alleged breach of contract, civil conspiracy and fraud.

Dental Wizard PC, Dental Wizard G PC and Dental Wizard Holding Inc. filed a complaint July 18 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against Diamante, Paradise, Dental Empire and Yefim Aranbayev, Artur Martirosyan and Anna Chistyakova for alleged violation of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act and the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act.

According to the complaint, on Jan. 11 the plaintiffs acquired substantially all of the assets of the defendants' dental practice, including all billing and treatment records related to the business.

However, the plaintiffs claim the purchased business was part of an racketeering enterprise intended to defraud the buyers, the government, insurers and others. As a result, the plaintiffs allegedly lost their client base and related revenues and profits.

The plaintiffs request a trial by jury and seek compensatory and other damages, attorneys' fees, court costs and other relief the court deems proper. They are represented by Vladislav Tinovsky of Tinovsky Law Firm in Trevose, Pennsylvania.
