Contract 07

PHILADELPHIA — An advertising company is suing Udren Law Offices, a New Jersey law firm, citing alleged unpaid invoices and unjust enrichment.

William J. Mansfield Inc. filed a complaint on Aug. 22, in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, against Udren Law Offices, alleging that the New Jersey law firm failed to perform under the terms of the contract.

The plaintiff provides legal advertising services to defendant by creating and publishing notices to mortgage foreclosure actions in which defendant acted as a counsel. To date, the total amount of $139,357.74 remains due and owing, according to the lawsuit.

The plaintiff holds Udren Law Offices responsible because the defendant allegedly failed and refused to pay plaintiff's outstanding invoices.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment in its favor in the amount of $139,357.74, pre- and post-judgment interest, and such other just and proper relief. It is represented by Peter C. Buckley and Jessica Kitain of Fox Rothschild LLP in Philadelphia.
